If you would like to apply to be a member of the Sauk Rapids Market, please submit the following:

•  application form (or download and mail in the application below)
• membership fee
•  a copy of your current insurance policy
• copy of licenses (if applicable)
•  ST-19 form 

to the address listed on the application OR email to saukrapidsmarket@gmail.com and pay the fee on the first day of the market.

If you need insurance, it can be purchased for a reasonable price through Minnesota Farmers Market Association (MFMA).
